Nothing has introduced its newest smartphone, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite, to the Indian market after its global launch last month.The device features a 6.77-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3000 nits peak brightness, matching the panel used on the standard Phone (3a).
Powering the Phone (3a) Lite is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, the same processor seen in the CMF Phone 2 Pro. It comes with 8GB RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM. The phone runs Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5, and the company has confirmed that Nothing OS 4.0 based on Android 16 will begin rolling out in early 2026.
Nothing Phone (3a) Camera and Features
The Phone (3a) Lite sports a 50MP main camera with a large 1/1.57-inch sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. It also includes the new Lock Glimpse feature, which shows dynamic wallpapers and relevant information on the lock screen—this can be turned off if preferred.
Nothing has committed to 3 major Android updates and 6 years of security patches. The device also integrates Essential Space, an AI-powered hub designed for quickly capturing notes, ideas, and inspiration.
Another key addition is the Essential Key, which allows quick interactions with Essential Space—tap to capture and send content, long-press for voice notes, and double-tap to open all saved items.

Nothing Phone (3a) Battery and Build
The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, capable of reaching 50% in just 20 minutes. Nothing claims the battery will retain over 90% health even after 1200 charge cycles. However, the retail box does not include a charger.
The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite features a glass back protected by Panda Glass and comes in White, Black, and Blue color options.

The device will be available starting December 5 on Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, and select offline partner stores. Customers can also avail a bank discount of up to ₹1,000.
